Returns and Cancellations

We work hard to ensure that you are always happy with your purchase. However, as with any technical product, there may occasionally be a need to return a part to us.

We endeavour to make your transaction as smooth as possible and have implemented a process designed to reduce downtime.

To return a part that you no longer require:

1. Please contact us to let us know that you have an unused part which you no longer require.
2. We will issue you with an RMA number.
3. Please send the part back to us at the address below, with your RMA number attached:

4. Once we have received the part and it has passed inspection, we will refund your card or PayPal account, depending on your original method of payment. The full amount paid will be refunded, plus shipping where appropriate.

Please note, we can only accept parts which are returned unused and in their original manufacturer condition.

If you have received a part which you believe to be damaged or defective, please contact us for further information.

Please do not send goods back to us unless we have issued you with an RMA number.

Please note that returning a part does not affect your statutory rights. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details of your rights if a product is defective, or if you would like to cancel your order as a consumer.
